Firefly Big Damn Heroes Zoe Maquette
January 16, 2013 – The latest in the QMx line of Firefly Big Damn Heroes maquettes is Zoe Washburne (née Alleyne), the loyal second-in-command aboard the Firefly-class transport, Serenity. As we work on getting the final details in place, we thought you’d a enjoy a sneak peek.
Like the rest of the BDH series, Zoe is 1:10 scale (about 6 inches tall) and is posed on a diorama plucked directly from a pitched battle during the Unification War. The manga-style, non-likeness maquette is made entirely of polystone and hand painted.
