LOS ANGELES – Quantum Mechanix Inc. (QMx) announced today that it has signed an agreement with BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) to develop and market a full line of collectibles based on the hit science-fiction television series, Doctor Who.
